My tribe partnered with Oaksterdam University to provide cannabis industry training, so I received a scholarship via the White Earth Tribal and Community College. I earned multiple certifications that will help me shape my future, guide next steps in my career and the business development of Native Brothers Inc., and use the skills I’ve learned to run a more successful and sustainable company, with the effective efficiency learned from Oaksterdam. One of the most valuable parts of my experience was the live classes and interactions with [Director of Academics] Angela Bacca and other weekly guests.
