Joe Chambers is a Senior Certified Human Resources expert with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector, including small business. Joe has spent over 15 years assisting businesses in the cannabis industry “scale-up” as they strategically grow in the industry. Joe focuses his work on all businesses’ greatest asset – their human capital. Joe believes that aligning the goals of an organization with the collective goals of a company’s employees and the wider advocacy community, creates a tailored and balanced blueprint for human resource success in any business. He teaches human resources topics for Oaksterdam University.
