Giovanni Paul is a first-generation Haitian-American who has always had a passion and gift for entrepreneurship, putting his unrelenting drive and unconventional thinking into practice. The son of Haitian immigrants, Giovanni acted as a translator for his parents as they settled into an English-speaking life in Brooklyn. At 18, he got into real estate, purchasing and selling or renting property. From his experience in real estate, Giovanni has learned to manage his own properties and be a qualified landlord, as well as how to perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks. Throughout his various positions and entrepreneurial ventures, Giovanni has sought to create opportunities for those around him who have been disadvantaged or not given proper chances. He believes providing opportunity is at the core of those individuals’ successes. Throughout his entire life, Giovanni has sought out voids or gaps that exist in people’s lives and helped fill them.
Giovanni Paul is the co-founder of Noiré Dispensary, a licensed New Jersey Cannabis business and coached in Oaksterdam’s equity technical assistance program for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
