Dr. Carolina Nocetti is a physician and technical consultant for medical cannabis projects in the US, Canada, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Israel, and Brazil. In Brazil, she lectures at public universities and frequently contributes to public hearings in the Chamber of Deputies, Senate, and São Paulo State Assembly. As part of the Advisory Council of the Parliamentary Front for Medical Cannabis, she helped draft the law that grants free access to medical cannabis in São Paulo’s Public Health System—for select health conditions.
She is also the founder of ViV, a pioneering healthtech transforming cannabis-based treatment in Brazil. ViV is the country’s first platform to personalize cannabis therapies using advanced technology to fine-tune dosages and optimize results. The platform dynamically adjusts treatment plans based on patient feedback, while streamlining access through a digital ecosystem that connects patients, physicians, and trusted suppliers. She is a co-author of Oaksterdam’s Endocannabinology Course.
