THE PREGAME DISPENSARY LOUNGE CRAWL
Before the first pitch, the Ballers' tailgating begins across Oakland and Berkeley. The Emerald Farms Tour Bus rolls a free continuous loop between four of the Bay Area's finest cannabis dispensary lounges from 1:00 - 6:00 pm.
Hop on at any stop, hop off when you feel like it, stay as long as you want, and catch the bus next time around. Bring your valid ID; an age check occurs at each dispensary.
LOOP LOGISTICS:
- Riders get a wristband; wear it throughout the day. This is how we find you at the game!
- The bus shuttles guests between all four locations throughout the afternoon.
- Guests may join and hop off at any stop. The shuttle bus will have a 5-minute dwell time at each stop.
- Guests can ride as long as they like to get to their desired lounge.
- The bus comes back around approximately every 45 to 80 minutes between 1:00 and 6:00 pm.
- Final stop at CBCB is near 3:00 pm
- Last two loops in Oakland between 3:00 and 5:00 pm, then bus shuttles people from the lounges to the game from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.
- The shuttle is FREE; you need to purchase Oakland Ballers tickets if you plan to attend the game.
- The final loop is after the end of the game, taking riders to all dispensary locations and returning them to their vehicles. *Post-game bus riders must get to the shuttle bus within 15 minutes of the game's end and wear the wristband to catch a free ride back to the dispensary lounge.
THE LOUNGE LOCATIONS:

WHY THIS Day MATTERS
HISTORIC. OAKLAND. FIRST OF ITS KIND.
One game. One day. The first cannabis activation with a professional baseball organization, and the first family-friendly event for the entire cannabis industry and enthusiasts.
America's pastime meets Oakland's most celebrated industry. The combination earns headlines before a single pitch is thrown with the Oakland Ballers Championship Team!
Founded in 2007, Oaksterdam University is the nation's first cannabis college and the City of Oakland's designated equity technical assistance and driving force behind Oakland’s Legendary Equity Awareness Campaign.
First-of-its-kind stories like this are all about why this matters and who was there. Every major news outlet is (or should be) covering this historic day. You don't buy awareness like what our friends and family can bring, so we need your help! Share the event on your social media!*

BE THE STORY YOU WANT TO SEE
Smoking openly on the street or in front of kids gives the wrong headline the chance to overshadow everything good that happens today. Keep consumption inside the licensed lounges where it belongs. Be thoughtful about what you post. Make the story about responsible use, because that is the true story of who we are, and it is the reason Cannabis Culture Day gets to happen again next year and in more places.
If you can not make it, get your gear here!
Because how we show up matters as much as showing up.
OAKSTERDAM’S GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
This day is historic. The first professional baseball team to wear a cannabis brand on the field. The first time our industry shows up at a ballpark, in public, as a family, without stigma. Every news camera pointed at Oakland is pointed at us, and what happens in this neighborhood is part of that story.
Here is the good news: being a good neighbor is completely in your self-interest.
────────────────
KEEP IT IN THE LOUNGE
The Emerald Farms Tour Bus is free all day, picks you up at four dispensaries, drops you at the ballpark, and brings you back to your car after the game. That bus exists because the cannabis community built real goodwill with Oakland over many years.
────────────────
PROTECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Keeping the sidewalk clean and consumption inside the dispensary lounges protects our standing with the neighborhood and keeps dispensary lounge doors open for you.
────────────────
KNOW THE LAW
California law prohibits cannabis consumption in any public place: sidewalks, parking lots, parks, and even outdoor tobacco smoking areas. That means outside the lounge is outside the law. The fine is real. The lounge is right there. Stay inside and enjoy it.
────────────────
THE BALLPARK IS FOR EVERYONE
Raimondi Park is for all ages. This is the whole point: the cannabis community and families sharing a ballpark, without either one ruining it for the other. No cannabis at the park. The Ballers in Blazers jerseys, a Grateful Dead tribute band, and a sellout crowd are more than enough.
────────────────
TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU
Bins are at every dispensary stop and throughout Raimondi Park. West Oakland is a real neighborhood with real residents. Please help leave it cleaner than you found it.
────────────────
CATCH THE BUS HOME
Wear your wristband. Post-game bus departs Raimondi Park 15 minutes after the final out. It stops at Root'd, Urbana, and NUG on the way back. Be on it. It does not wait, and it is a much better option than finding your own way home after a long, beautiful day in Oakland.
────────────────
The bigger picture: every cannabis event that goes well makes the next one easier to permit. The night is a proof-of-concept for the entire industry, not just Oakland.
Be the reason they say yes next time.
Show up. Show out. Show respect to the Industry, the Town, and local residents.
