Anthony DeMeo is a founding member of Green Therapeutics LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He works with multiple businesses to develop robust operating procedures and secure licensing. He has been awarded medical and retail cannabis licenses in multiple states for production, cultivation, distribution, and retail, and created a formula for a successful cannabis manufacturing operation. He has extensive experience in the highly regulated medical industry and laboratory science, quality control procedures, developing optimal process flow, and writing standard operating procedures.
Anthony has worked with most cannabis extraction methods, including various solvents, ice water, and mechanical separation. He has also developed and optimized post-processing techniques to produce high-quality concentrates, distillates, and isolates. New instruments are created every year, and Anthony enjoys getting his hands dirty to determine whether they are viable for commercial operations.
In 2019, Green Therapeutics swept the entire cup with four High Times Cannabis Cup awards for its Tsunami Labs line of concentrates. The awards were for first-place Indica Concentrates, first-place Sativa Concentrates, second-place Hybrid Concentrates, and third-place Vaporizer Products.
Anthony began his professional career in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, where he synthesized and purified radioactive isotopes and compounded them into an imaging drug. He then transitioned to quality control analyst, where his primary role was to ensure the intravenous drugs were safe for human injection.
