Adolph Ward is a social equity advocate, seasoned licensed cannabis operator, licensed real estate agent and property manager, managing editor of The Emerald Magazine, and Oakland Equity Collective Board Member. Adolph has extensive experience with government relations and cannabis compliance issues as well. Adolph has been a property manager for over fifteen years and has extensive cannabis experience. Adolph and his partner Damon Hart launched Around My Way Ventures in 2017. They were issued a temporary micro license on February 12, 2018, becoming one of the first Social Equity and Delivery Licensees in the State of California. In 2019, LGS Ventures and Zipp Delivery were launched in Oakland and Sacramento. Adolph Ward is a coach who has supported Oakland equity operators at Oaksterdam University.
