New Courses

  • Moving to Schedule III Workshops: Oaksterdam is hosting a series of free workshops breaking down the federal move to Schedule III. View replays of all workshops in the All Access Pass. 
  • How to Get Earned Media with Angela Bacca: This mini-course, exclusive to the All Access Pass, will walk you through identifying media targets, crafting pitches, and leveraging coverage.
  • How to Register with the DEA with Ryan Kocot: Attorney Ryan Kocot walks operators through the process and considerations for registering their medical cannabis business with the DEA to access the benefits of Schedule III classification. 
  • Business of Cannabis Manufacturing: This course prepares operators to establish and manage a licensed and compliant cannabis or hemp manufacturing operation. It explores business models, required competencies, and facility startup and requirements. It encourages compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and concludes with an overview of how to manage operations, along with risk mitigation strategies and best practices to ensure safety, consistency, and compliance.
